Thank you for shopping with Nails and Grain Shutters!
Each set of shutters is handmade to order, and we take pride in delivering both quality craftsmanship and fast turnaround times.
1. Processing Time
Every order begins production shortly after it’s placed.
Our goal is to build and complete all shutters within 7 days of your order date.
Once your order is finished, it will be packaged carefully and shipped out immediately.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Methods
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Each set of shutters is handmade to order and will ship within 7 days from the date your order is placed.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-8 business days after shipping.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Nail and Grain Shutters is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs due to incorrect addresses.
We ship primarily through UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on your area and order dimensions.
3. Delivery Times
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and carrier.
Delivery times may vary slightly due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Damage
We package every shutter with great care to ensure it arrives safely.
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@nailsandgrainshutters.com. We'll work with you to replace or repair the item at no cost to you.
Please keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
6. Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if additional help is needed.
7. Production or Shipping Delays
Although our goal is to complete every order within one week, factors such as high order volume, weather, or supply delays may occasionally extend production or shipping times.
If this happens, we’ll contact you right away with an updated estimate.
