We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to make a purchase.
2. Product Information
All of our shutters are handmade and custom-built to order.
Colors, grain patterns, and finishes may vary slightly due to the natural characteristics of wood and screen display differences.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photos are accurate, but we cannot guarantee exact matches in color or appearance.
3. Custom Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that all measurements, stain colors, and design options submitted are accurate. Because each shutter is made to your specifications, all sales are final once production begins.
Set Quantities:
All shutters are sold as sets (pairs). Selecting a quantity of “1” at checkout equals one set (two shutters). For example, if you need four shutters total, you’ll need to select a quantity of “2.” Please double-check your quantities before ordering, as all products are made to order and cannot be changed once production begins.
Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
We reserve the right to modify pricing, shipping costs, or promotions at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other approved third-party providers.
Your order will not be started until full payment is received.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check that your shipping information is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information entered by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for instructions on how to report it within 7 days of delivery.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because all shutters are made to order, returns and cancellations are not accepted once production has started.We only replace or refund items if they arrive damaged or not matching the ordered size. For full details, please review our refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Nails and Grain Shutters and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content from our website without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
